81 Years a Jesuit, 70 decades a cover up...
Open Letter to Jesuits Ireland...
CC: Father Leonard Moloney SJ
Present on Thursday, 28th March 2019, during the hours of 2 PM to 4 PM, intercepting victims of Father Kevin Laheen SJ at Cherryfield Lodge, Milltown Park, where Laheen was reposing prior to cremation at Glasnevin. This was a clear act of damage limitation. Father Leonard Moloney, you were there, and you knew.
CC: Shane Daly SJ
All books and publications by Kevin Laheen are to be immediately removed, as is the RIP.ie death notice published on 27th March 2019, which stated that his death was “deeply regretted by his Jesuit Community at Leeson Street.” Jesuits you will learn the true meaning of "deep regret" moving forward from this day.
This line "deeply regretted by his Jesuit Community" is offensive and inappropriate, given the extent of the cover-up and the failure to stop him as early as 1962. There was another little girl on a retreat in 1967 as per PDF article. Jesuits Ireland and the Jesuit community at 35–36 Leeson Street: the meaning of regret will be upon you.
This public homage to a known predator and enabler of harm is to be removed without delay.
To All Relevant Authorities; An Gardai, The Irish Government, The Irish State, The European Court of Justice (ECJ), The International Criminal Courts (ICC).
Immediate arrests should be made regarding the ongoing obstruction and cover-up of crimes committed by Kevin Laheen and the broader Jesuit community. It is deeply concerning that The Jesuits are actively discouraging victims from reporting their abuse to An Garda Síochána, instead directing them to disclose their experiences directly to the very institution that enabled and facilitated these crimes. This represents a blatant attempt to control the narrative, limit external oversight, and suppress the full extent of the abuse.
Human Trafficking involves the use deception, threats or physical force to move a victim from one place to another in order to exploit them. In the case of children, no force is required - the very act of transporting a child into exploitative condition constitutes trafficking.
This matter needs to be properly addressed as the in-house email underscores the absolute failure of both Church and State in fulfilling their duty of care. The victims of Kevin Laheen and those who suffered under Jesuit authority do not require nor accept a sanitized, perfunctory apology consisting of a dozen empty lines designed solely for damage control. Instead, what is required is a full, independent criminal investigation, leading to the prosecution of those who perpetrated and covered up these abuses.
Furthermore, the internal Jesuit investigation into the sexual abuse and trafficking of minors—which is being led by Jesuit Provincial Shane Daly SJ within the institution—constitutes a direct conflict of interest and an act of corruption in itself. The very idea that the Jesuits would be permitted to "self-investigate" their own crimes is legally and morally indefensible. Any internal inquiry must be immediately halted and replaced with a full criminal investigation led by An Garda Síochána and, where necessary, international legal bodies.
In particular, the individuals past and currently leading this internal "evaluation" must be immediately arrested and investigated for obstruction of justice. The attempt to conceal what amounts to the organized sex trafficking of minors in Laheens vehicle—specifically, the systematic transportation of young girls and boys from Dublin to the Jesuit Retreat in and around Dublin, which included the use of private facilities such as a swimming pool—meets the legal threshold for human trafficking under Irish and international law.
It is imperative that An Garda Síochána takes immediate action to investigate and prosecute those involved in covering up these crimes. This is not a matter for internal church management, nor should it be treated as a historical issue requiring only retrospective acknowledgment. This is an active, ongoing criminal conspiracy, and those responsible must be held accountable before the full extent of the law.
In addition a legal task force should be put in place to demand significant damages be paid out as Kevin Laheen was transporting little children around and across county lines to be abused, so this demands a more serious investigation per human trafficking of minors. A legal team should be assembled to secure adequate funds are procured and monetary damages are victims are put in funds to immediately start their healing journey.
Nobody is interested in any of this nonsense above and it’s as boring and repetitive as mass. Everyone is bored of this nonsense, and The Jesuits dragging their feet with victims who are now age 60+ who deserve closure and to be paid damages in money not pathetic twelve line paragraphs from The Jesuits via their “safeguarding Jesuit dot ie” portal intercepting victims at the pass.

Call for Anonymous Submissions – Information on Kevin Laheen SJ, 35-36 Leeson Street, Dublin 2. April 2025.
If you have any information you would like to share about Kevin Laheen SJ, his movements, his behavior, or his known associates, please come forward anonymously. You do not need to provide your name or email address. Use initials, a nickname, or any reference that makes you feel safe.
We are trying to establish patterns and timelines—including which swimming pools he booked for his private lessons, locations he frequented, and people who may have enabled him. The Jesuits have been aware of his actions since at least 1961, yet chose to move him around and maintain his status within the order—essentially elevating him to a form of clerical celebrity.
If you are a survivor, or someone who has witnessed or holds information, your cooperation is deeply needed. If you would like access to legal resources or referrals to trusted solicitors, please indicate that.
Please avoid using the Jesuits’ own “Safeguarding” resources.
The name alone is offensive—given they have done everything but safeguard those harmed.
Next Steps & Redress
We are in the early stages of organizing data and testimony to support a coordinated response, including:
A potential submission to the European Court of Justice
Strategic efforts to initiate redress cases that would force the sale of 35–36 Leeson Street, Dublin 2.
Advocacy for the relocation of elderly Jesuit members still being harbored into alternative lodgings, including appropriate IPAS centres already designated for adult males across the country.
The estimated value of 35–36 Leeson Street is €5 million, which would be more appropriately used to contribute to the ad hoc redress scheme for an estimated 41+ victims—a conservative figure given Laheen’s decades of fully supported abuse by The Jesuits 35-36 Leeson Street, Dublin 2.
How to bring justice...
You may share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with:
First name, initials, or pseudonym
Approximate year(s)
Location or institution (e.g. school, parish, pool)
Duration or type of contact
We are compiling data only with survivor consent. You will receive a resource pack, including:
Recommended solicitors
Names of legal professionals to avoid.
We note that a solicitor currently representing the Jesuits is, in fact, eager to progress cases and that the Jesuits are not currently asking victims to sign NDAs. However, the reality remains—too little, too late.
A criminal investigation into both Kevin Laheen and the Jesuit cover-up over seven decades was long overdue.
Remember
Honoring Baby Kevin's memory with yellow flowers placed at his grave, poor little baby boy.
Grave number: QD 74, Family Plot, Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin.
Baby Kevin’s grave lies just steps from the main entrance and information centre—clearly visible to all who enter. We encourage Dubliners, visitors, and fellow survivors of Kevin Laheen to place flowers there—not only in remembrance of Baby Kevin, but as a public act of defiance against the collusional cover-up by the Jesuits, who enabled and protected Kevin Laheen.
Let each flower be a symbol of truth, remembrance, and resistance—a quiet but powerful protest against decades of institutional silence and abuse, and a call for an active police investigation into the past and present cover-up of Depraved KEVIN LAHEEN SJ by the Jesuits, and into the birth and death of Baby Kevin.
